Plot: A fictional hill resort is the setting where a burglar couple Kiran (Krishna) along with their girlfriend (Roopa Manjari) inherits a scary looking dilapidated mansion and they move in and decide to run a hotel there. We do. They meet the caretaker (Karunakaran) and his sister (Oviya) who join them in running the desolate property. The strange-looking guests who check-in mysteriously die and the four-member gang bury them in the backyard, until they discover that there is something terrible about the place. Strange and inexplicable things start to happen and soon it turns deadly. Very soon, a mysterious fifth character enters their lives. Is it a supernatural element?
